Glyptothek

Glyptothek is Munich's oldest public museum and features a large collection of antique art, dedicated to ancient Roman and Greek sculptures of the highest quality. There is also a nice café in the atrium of the museum, which can be visited for a small fee of 1€. On sunny Sunday afternoons, the steps of the building are a popular hangout for people from Maxvorstadt. Grab a good book and enjoy the sun!
