At this lovely stand at Vitkualienmarkt baking becomes a kind of art. The stall offers fine pastries, cakes, coffee and lemonades. The young owner is a creative master confectioner, who combines international ideas with local tradition. Ingredients are of the highest quality and preferably sourced from the region.
