SAMMLUNG GOETZ

SAMMLUNG GOETZ is an internationally renowned collection of contemporary art. It resides in an exhibition space designed by the acclaimed architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron. The collection is dedicated to Arte Povera, contemporary art of the respective age as well as works by selected artists. The main focus lies on time-based media such as video, film and multiple projections, as well as drawings, graphics, paintings, photographs and room-based installations. Supplementing the collection, there is a comprehensive reference library to be found, which is available upon request for academic research. Exhibitions can be visited by prior appointment.
