Skatepark Mobil

For all those who want to improve their skateboarding and BMX riding skills at the skatepark, but don't want to go there alone or need some initial instructions, the team of Skatepark Mobil has a great free service: experienced coaches show you how to ride the best lines, how to avoid falls and how to roll off best if it throws you down. They also give you tips on who has the right of way at obstacles and how skate etiquette works at the skatepark.

If you need to fix something on your skateboard or BMX bike, Skatepark Mobil has repair tools that can be borrowed free of charge. Test equipment can also be borrowed for free. However, anyone under 18 years of age needs a declaration of consent from their parents/guardians to borrow equipment. A consent form can be downloaded from the Skatepark Mobil website.

The whole service is for free, as Skatepark Mobil is sponsored by the Department for Education and Sports of the City of Munich. Skatepark Mobil will be on the road from April to October regularly in different skateparks in the Munich area. You can find their current timetable on their website by using the link above.
