Viktualienmarkt is the biggest permanent market in Munich and popular among people who are passionate about food - chefs, restaurateurs and amateurs alike. It's located right in the heart of the city. Over 100 traders are offering exceptional, mostly regional produce. You will not find a place with a larger range of food and specialties. There is a beer garden right in the middle of Viktualienmarkt, perfectly suited for taking a break from the strolling through the city centre.
