PAKTA is the first restaurant in Barcelona, serving Nikkei cuisine. It's a fusion of the delicateness and elegance of Japanese dishes and the flavours and cooking techniques of Peruvian cooking, which was inspired during the past century by the large Japanese community living in Peru. The culinary experiments undertaken in PAKTA have earned this restaurant its first Michelin star recently. Yet another great success for Albert Adrià, formerly working at famous elBulli.
